Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities
In compliance with the Access for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) we strive to give people with disabilities the same opportunity to access our services, in the same place, and in a similar way as other customers, thereby allowing everyone to benefit from the same services.
Feedback regarding the way Avenue Medical provides services to people with disabilities is welcome. Comments can be made in writing, and/or via e-mail to the Human Resources Manager. Modifications will be made to our policies and procedures as required by law, or due to feedback.
In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption in the facilities or services normally available to people with disabilities, we will post a notice in a conspicuous location on the premises, on our website, and on the local radio station if appropriate (closure).
This notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated duration, and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available.
